Grown by smallholder farmers in the Sidama Zone, these indigenous heirloom cultivars thrive at high elevations in rich Nitisol soils, producing complex, expressive coffees. A full natural process, hand-sorted and dried on raised beds, enhances fruit-forward sweetness while preserving clarity and balance.
