Cupping Notes: Delicate acidity with apricot, clementine, milk chocolate, and a light, juicy body with a floral finish.
This coffee is grown by Jorge Méndez and his family, whose journey began with a simple childhood dream—owning just one coffee plant. After decades of hard work, Jorge returned to purchase and restore Finca El Limonar, the same farm where he once picked cherries as a boy. Through organic practices and family dedication, the land was brought back to life.
Today, Jorge and his children manage three farms and eight apiaries, producing coffees rooted in resilience, quality, and legacy.
